Whole Family Health Coaching
The kids get home from school and then it’s time for one of them to head to soccer practice and the other to ballet. The laundry needs to be flipped, the dishwasher unloaded, and homework double-checked. Meanwhile, someone inquires, “what’s for dinner?” or “what are you going to pack for my lunch tomorrow?”
As a former teacher of seven years and a tutor for eight years, I’ve watched families and their children race from one thing to another. I get it! You are busy. Life is busy. With lacrosse practice and late-night trips to Target for a project due the next day, raising a family is simultaneously beautiful and a little overwhelming at times. With everything going on who has time to think about what’s for dinner, much less think about how can I plan a nutrient-dense and tasty meal?
